This is a beautiful blanket. It comes really compacted but if you fluff it, it gets thick and soft in a day or so. It is super warm and does smell like goose feathers. The nice thing is you have to actually put your face in it and breathe really deep to notice the smell so it isn’t overpowering. All in all, it’s great and I would buy it again in a heart beat.

I just bought the exact same thing on eBay for $95. The eBay seller was “homedeals84″ Tsk Tsk Amazon… Will update this when I receive the item.

So this product arrived yesterday. My wife was thoroughly disappointed, since its really thin. It is not fat and fluffy as you’d imagine given the boastful claims of the advertisment. Is it warm? Yes it is. Is there such a thing as a “Siberian goose”? Yes. Are there Siberian goose feathers are in this comforter? NO. Read this article. [...]

I’m inclined to believe it. This comforter is probably made in a sweatshop in China somewhere and I wonder what the fill is actually made of.

Does it do a decent job of keeping you warm for the price you’ve paid? Yes. Am I gonna return it? No. Too much hassle and shipment cost for a $100 comforter. Would I buy it again knowing what I know now? NO!!

Lesson learned about buying bedding online.

Someone else has also mentioned in a review for the same product but for a different size that its available on eBay for cheaper.

Knocking it down to 3 stars for all the lies and misleading marketing.
